2018-2019 Guide Training


Application fee: $50
Due to the limited space in the program, a $50 non refundable fee will be required with your application to indicate your commitment to the training.  If your application is not accepted, this fee will be returned.

Tuition:  The cost of the 2016-2017 8-month training is $7300 when paid in full at the time of acceptance to the program, or $8500 if paid in installments.

Dates - The 8 month program begins on Fri Oct 7th, 2016 and concludes in June, 2017.
Note: If you choose the installment plan, you are responsible for paying the entire amount, in the unlikely event that you decide to drop out for any reason before the end of the course.

Installment plan:

  • ($7300-$50=) $7250 at acceptance or…
  • ($8500-$50) = $8495 paid over the following dates:
  • 10% down, non-refundable, to hold your seat: $850
  • Sept 16:  30%, 21 days before class begins: $2534
  • Dec 16:   30%, $2533
  • Feb 16: 30%, $2533
  • Note: Any payment not received on or before the dates specified above incurs a $100 charge.


Cancellation and Transfer Policy  These policies are effective at the time you submit your deposit.  Your tuition is due and payable upon acceptance.  You are welcome to use the payment plan, but the financial obligation for the full tuition is incurred at this time.

You may cancel 30 days or more prior to the starting date of the program, and your tuition is fully refundable minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.   If you cancel between 30 and 14 days prior, we will refund 50% of the program fee.  If you are on a payment plan and have not yet paid in full, 50% of the program fee becomes immediately due and payable.  No refunds are possible after 14 days prior to the starting date. 

You may not transfer to another training year, nor substitute another student in your place.  In the unlikely event that one of the 8 faculty cannot fulfill their commitment to train you, there will be no partial refund, and there may not be a substitute provided.

If you withdraw from the program at any time for any reason, we will not refund your tuition.  If the tuition is being paid in installments, and you withdraw from the program at any time for any reason, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.

Emergencies: We always try to accommodate absences resulting from emergencies such as severe illness, accidents, and so on.  However, because adjustments can be challenging, we are not able to accommodate requests for transfers for any other reason, such as work scheduling issues, family reunions, the Super-bowl, etc.
