A Three-Hour Grief Ritual and Workshop

In this three hour workshop, we will gather around the sacred altar of grief in order to remember the wisdom that lives in our bodies, which connects us to our souls and the soul of the world. Within a song-filled sacred container, we will practice a variety of modalities of grief tending including:
